What is included when I make a booking?

All items listed in the package of your choice, including delivery, collection,assembly, styling and general laundering of manchester.

How much space do I need for a Once Upon A Time Kids Sleepover party?

From the back of the tent to the front of the mattress is 160cm. You would then need to add an additional 40cm for some space at the front of the tents, and if you are also hiring the breakfast trays this will need about 20cm extra space. So in total approximately 2 metres in length for each guest. The width required for each tent is approximately 1 metre. We can layout the room in any number of configurations to suit.

What payment is required?

At the time of booking we require a $100 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your party date.  Final numbers can be confirmed closer to the sleepover party date with remaining balance due 7 days before your party date.

 

How do I make a booking?

Simply send us a message via the "BOOKING ENQUIRY FORM" tab and we will get back to you within 24hours with a booking form.

 

What is the hire period?

A standard hire period is 24 hours. Longer hire times can be negotiated subject to availability.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Blue Mountains suburbs as well as Nepean and Hawkesbury areas. We also deliver to outside of these areas however a delivery fee will be charged depending on travel time and distance. Please message for a quote.

 

How many tents can I hire?

Our minimum is 2 tents, maximum is 12.

 

What age group are Once Upon A Time Sleepover Parties suitable for?

From Kindergarten children (around 5-6 years) to Tweens (12-13 years)

What size are the mattresses?

Our mattresses for our Children's Parties are 160cm x 70cm wide and are made of foam,

purchased from IKEA.

Our mattresses for our Ladies Teepee Parties are Single Air Mattresses.
